We recently concluded a work injury claim for a young man who injured his wrist at work. He sought medical treatment and underwent surgery to the wrist which resulted in his injury becoming worse. Both the employer and the doctor contributed to a significant out of court settlement. Sometimes, more than one person can be responsible for the damage caused to an injured person.
